Jobs Description

1. Provide customer service to clients for queries regarding operation business/services 2. Support with schedule arrangement 3. Coordinate with all operation staff for all matters related to operation business/services 4. Monitor the return on inspection provisional report from inspectors 5. Ensure that retained samples and reports are properly stored and documented 6. Responsible in sample disposal and kept its records 7. Perform other related tasks as assigned

Jobs Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in Business Management, English or other related fields 2. At least two-year experience in customer service or sales 3. Well-organized with high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork 4. Possess of excellent customer service skills 5. Strong interpersonal skills 6. Good in oral and written English communication, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus 7. Knowledge of computer skills (Ms. Office Applications) 8. Resourceful, flexible, and well organized 9. Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude
