• Develop stock layout in order to stock material properly and easy for accessing, consuming less space • Manage and maintain all physical materials, stocks and supplies in the warehouses and ensure accuracy and completeness of relevant documentation, stock cards and stock reports • Execute and control periodic stock count and inventory accuracy checks • Ensure that all stock inwards and outwards and all relevant stock control activities are appropriately performed according to the Company’s procedures • Ensure raw materials are ready and available for production when required • Manage arrangement schedule stock physical count in WH and showroom • Prepare report by monthly and weekly for stock demage and stock movement or not movement • Manage schedule spot check all stock at WH and Showroom • Manage daily stock refill for retail shop and ensure the physical inventory and stock management system is maintained accurately at the beginning of every business day • Do monthly and annual stock planning and initiate the strategies to ensure to maintain stock levels for supporting the sale demand • Manage and develop stock policy with clear process and ensures the stocks are managing effectively • Manage and maintain stock systems to ensure the stocks are well organized and sufficient stock for daily business operation at retail business partner • Review the bar code system of each product and check the number of actual products and quality of products, ensure the products are kept in warehouse properly • Provide training or coaching session to stock team and relevant staff at each branch regarding excesses and shortages of products • Review and check the inflow product and outflow product report based on the actual flow of products • Submit monthly stock report to the Operation Manager and propose the recommendations if needed • Verify stock in and Stock out report submit by stock keeper, and take-action in case stock error between in system and stock report on hand. • Finding stock error or mistakes occur by take in & take out and provide and recommend stock problem solving. • Alert to Operation for any risks that will be happened to the company and propose the best solution for taking appropriate actions

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent degree • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related fields • A sound working knowledge of computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Accounting Software) • Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with problem solving • Team player and can collaborate with other teams in the organization. • Be flexible and proactive • Understanding the Customer, Customer Focus • Informing Others, Self-Development • Good level of English both written and spoken • Job knowledge • Good Communication Skill • Accounting Procedure and Policy • Excellent work attitude and open-minded • Excellent in adapting changes • Challenge with hard working • Hard working and Patience • Honest, Accuracy and commitment • Flexible with jobs duties, High responsibilities and related of work
