1) Research and create business development opportunity 2) Create and coordinate with dealers and onboard them with Mango Finance Plc 3) Activate the dealers and monitor the number of applications and loan files coming every week/month. 4) Promote Mango Finance Plc products with dealers to get more applications for loan files. Meet the dealers weekly to know about any competitor strategy, improvement requirements and act quickly to make process smooth and faster. 5) Train the Credit Officer in MIS, CBC check, house visit, income check, creating loan documents, AIS/ System, IT System, and also provide training to new about credit policy and process 6) Set up CO target, tracking and encourage each of them to reach target. Control daily activity of Cos. 7) Update MIS for daily activity, day end MIS, new applications, under process and approved with disbursed cases. 8) Achieve the monthly/ Quarterly and yearly target of number of files of applications /enquiries and also the number of files of disbursement. 9) Assist Manager to Manage new product launching and conduct training sessions about the new products to relevant staff/departments 10) Monitoring the current market trend and planning new products to be in align with the institution’s strategies and propose to management for approval new products. 11) Working closely with related departments and managing product risk, sales, training, reporting, marketing, operations etc. to ensure 12) Implement new projects as per assigned by the manager

1) Bachelor Degree in administration or related fields. 2) At least 8 years of experience with banking 3) Have working knowledge of Microfinance business. 4) Good Computer literacy, especially in Ms. Office 5) Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English 6) Team work management
