1. Handle tax declaration preparation, review and related tax matters. 2. Handle and assist related compulsory regulations with related authorities (MoC, MLVT, MoEF…etc.). 3. Assist on Internal Control policy with Related Authority or regulators. 4. Work all related statutory regulations, internal compliance, external compliance, reviewing and improvise procedures and policies. 5. Maintain networking and good working relationship with banks, government bodies, consultants and accounting professionals. 6. Disseminate information and provide training to relevant managers or staffs on new regulations, 7. A member think tank team to identify problems related on accounting, finance, tax matters and offers solutions to it. 8. Be assistant for HQ Legal dept. for PNH (review all related documents to be process with ITICAM and provide legal comment: e.g. tax…etc) 9. Monitor on company related legal documents including contract agreement are proper process and maintained. 10. Report to HQ Management (e.g. Finance) and station manager and to perform tasks assigned from time to time.

1. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as senior accountant or large size company preferably in shipping/logistics/freight industry. 2. Possesses Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or international professional certificate like ACCA, CPA, CIMA or its equivalent. 3. Experience in people management, provide training to accountants and able to interact with people at all levels. 4. Advance knowledge in Excel and strong command of English and ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage. 5. Good presentation skills and able to express ideas clearly, conceptualize solutions and put them into actions.
