• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and inquiries • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately • Pick up and deliver company mails • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conference and conference telephone calls • Make appointment for partners • Prepare monthly taxi bills, courier, telephone and office car log sheet • Assist in preparation of sending documents • Assist in biding reports and others office works • Assist in booking hotel, air ticket, taxi, bus and other booking requested by staff • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies • Do other tasks that are assigned by Finance and Admin

•University degree or lower; preferably major in English or any others related major •1 year of relevant experience in related position •Good command of English, both writing and oral •Good in the use of computers and related applications •Good at interpersonal and communication skills •Pro-active in seeking knowledge, new tasks and responsibilities •Good organizational skills and good team spirit
