-Closely with Project Coordinator break down project work-plan quarterly monthly. -Cooperate Officials Provincial Department Rural (PDRD) train District WASH’s Working Group (DWG) Open Defecation Free verification. -Organize training, workshop, meeting relevant WASH district level support his/her supervisor, WaterAid representative, PDRD, the DWG. -Assist DWGs conduct quarterly reflection learning meetings -Support DWGs with health center train Commune Committee Women Children ( CCWC), School WASH teachers, Health Center menstruation health management (MHM) Behavior Change Communication WASH promotion. -Support CCWC, teachers, the officials Health Center conduct awareness raising BCC MHM community level. -Prepare advance clearance implementing activities following planning. -Provide technical to PWG&DWGs; member conduct WASH financing/budgeting training -Provide technical to PWG/DWG advancing Women’s Leadership WASH activities -Work together a consultant (the RWTS) select WASH agents, build capacity and consult advise running shops. -Assist WASH agents conduct sale event Garment Factories promote WASH products. -Write review case studies -Co-prepare report the Project Coordinator including quarterly, semester, annual ending report, monitoring file submit PM/ED ( report in English) -Developing strategy/approach implement project’s with project team.

-Never abuse children -Bachelor degree public health, management, social work, community development other fields. -English Khmer proficiency strongly required. -Be proficient computer (Microsoft Office E-mail). -Experiences leading implementing Water Sanitation Hygiene projects. -Ability write reports. -Skill knowledge facilitation communities. -Knowledge experience project monitoring the child the main focus -Be honest, and committed the work.
