Jobs Description

EQU Design and implementation • Work with partners and Design and Implementation (D&I) to design and launch effective mobile engagement projects using the Viamo platform. This includes setting expectations on what success looks like, clear roles and responsibilities of the partner and Viamo and understanding the type of reporting the partner is expecting. • Work with D&I team to advise clients to design successful applications and use cases for mobile engagement projects. • Work with the regional D&I Project Manager and Regional Manager to create work plans and deliverables for each project • Closely monitor project implementation raising red flags with the partner and with the Design and Implementation team if needed and collaboratively identify solutions. • Solicit and document client feedback, including needs and expectations to inform the ongoing development of Viamo’s offerings. • Delight our partners with high quality, timely execution of program activities. Support to partnerships and business development • Support and facilitate partner engagement, acting as a key focal point for relationships with relevant Government stakeholders and national CSOs as necessary. • Look out for business development opportunities during partner discussions and bring these to the attention of the Country Manager. • Work with the Country Manager on business development, including attending potential partner meetings, and supporting funding application processes as necessary. • Proactively scan known websites/forums for funding opportunities and use networking skills to identify opportunities for collaboration. MNO relationships • Support the Country Manager in the building and maintaining of relationships with Mobile Network Operators as key strategic partners for Viamo’s work • Work with MNO, Viamo Tech and other third party stakeholders to ensure system availability Finance and administration • Understand invoicing milestones and work with our Finance team to generate them as per schedule. • Update invoicing milestones for every month in the Programs Dashboard • Monitor payments as they are received and ensure all invoiced milestones have received the corresponding payments Program learning, documentation and reporting • Keep abreast of the current context, developments and trends in Cambodia, including Government priorities, funding/aid flows and any new laws or regulations that will influence Viamo’s work. • Facilitate training of partners staff and conduct field testing of solutions as needed • Supervise qualitative and quantitative research and other field activities if needed • Conduct data analysis and report on the results of project and programs • Document and share lessons learned and best practices from Cambodia with Viamo’s international team of program staff

Jobs Requirement

• University degree and 3+ years of demanding professional experience in a client-facing role, and demonstrable interest in the use of technology for development • Experience either directly from the development sector working with or for NGOs or with private sector companies with NGO clientele • Excellent project and program management skills with emphasis on customer service • Independent thinker and problem solver with proven experience in a fast-paced environment • Great in multi-tasking and managing numerous complex small and large projects at one time • Proven ability to work independently, flexibility and willingness to adapt to new tasks as needed • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness • Quantitative and analytical skills – including experience with large data-sets and data analysis • Comfortable with technology with an aptitude for learning new technology platforms. • Fluency in Khmer and English - both written and spoken. • Previous experience working with a Mobile Network Operator or IVR/USSD VASservice. • A deep and current understanding of the media and digital landscape in Cambodia. • Experience in content development for mobile. Experience with qualitative and quantitative field research
