DESCRIPTIONS • Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, media reporters and other professionals. • Gather financial data and compile statistical information for recommendation to the management; Synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations, summarize and discuss recommendations to the management in analysis reports. • Share relevant research and recommendations with clients or appropriate internal teams. • Generate research reports before sales campaign on relevant topics, such as market forecast for potential banking products and financial services, prospective client analysis, industry updates, economics and political outlook, and competitor assessment, etc. • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communications programs and strategies by comparing actual results with projected outcome. • Draft communication reports and recommendations based on primary research for senior management review and internal stakeholders as and when needed. • Keep up-to-date with developments in the financial services sector. • Assess impact of developments in the financial services sector on the organization. • Support management with necessary preparation for policy formation. • Select microeconomic assumptions for valuation models Work with other business units to complete valuations of companies. • Draft investment recommendations based on micro-research and analyses done on industry or companies

• Degree in business administration or economics or related disciplines • 5-8 years of experience as business analyst or related positions. • Existing content knowledge in banking is an advantage • Experience integrating large amounts of internal and external data to develop strategic and actionable insight • Very good at PowerPoint and Excel skills • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to synthesize • Exceptional organizational capabilities, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Comfortable with multi-tasking; effective under pressure • Motivated and self-directed; willingness to take initiative • Proactive approach to practice and team support • Team player who takes initiative and ownership, highly collaborative across various working styles and contexts • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
