1. Main focus is the Café Bonjour (and Café partner business possibly): - Assisting SFS manager to determine the SFS policy (Shop, café, carwash, service bay, food, animation, and promotion drives) and compliance with the Health/ Safety/ Environment, Safety of property and personal policy - Focus and prioritize the café bonjour business inside and outside the stations. This is the key focus and priority - Development Café Bonjour professional team within the company (outsource is also the option) to support the Café bonjour business. Without limit to supporting team, barista, training and QC team, etc. - Development Café Bonjour into a franchising concept and develop sale and marketing strategy for Café/Café Bonjour business (in and outside the station) with good penetration rate to fuel growth - Ensure smooth supply chain of material related to Café Bonjour business - Optimize profitability of Café Bonjour business include franchise fee, rental, minimize loss and other income from stations - Setting up all design, recipe and other marketing activities related to Café Bonjour business - Business Review together with SFS manager and GM retail business on Café Bonjour twice per year to ensure the effectiveness and success of action plans related to Café Bonjour activities 2. Other tasks: - Assist SFS manager to set goals and controls of SFS activities by oversees the negotiation of contracts with third parties (suppliers, new partners…) with proper implementation of the HACCP process and attends an annual Business Review with SFS partners - Fast track development of SFS businesses in conjunction with APMO support team, Car wash is included - Together with SFS manager to have a proper retail segmentation (on SFS part) and renovation plan for all locations, upgrade all locations into top and latest standard - Develop market intelligent and keep on study about competitor’s development plan and their strategy - Promote brand awareness of the SFS of the company into the public and ensure the penetration into every city of Cambodia - Smooth working hand in hand with all supporting function and close cooperation with SFS team, Retail development and Engineering department and marketing department - Ensure compliant to group rules and regulation of HSE, standard, compliance, top service and station HSE invariants - Other administration tasks within SFS team

- Education: Extensive experience and good understanding of café business, sale and marketing strategies, team management experience, strong interpersonal skills and abilities to deal with variety of people. - Skills: Ability to work independently; big-picture perspective; team spirit; open-mindedness; listening skills; ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction and influence; organizational skills; an interest in supporting teams and managers. - Good command of English writing and speaking.
