-Bachelor degree Master business administration, Banking, Finance, Marketing related filed; -Minimum 4 years’ experience Bank MFIs. -Experience hunting processing large loan (Corporate, Business, SME loan). -Good understanding credit analysis collaterals, legal process. -Good judgment decision-making skills; -Excellent communication Interpersonal skills; -Computer Literacy (MS. Word, Excel, Internet…).
