-Experience and knowledge with food manufacturing is priority -Knowledge with ISO Management or Quality assurance -Have 3 years experience in management of Quality assurance -Understanding to control and manage supervisor , Leader and worker -Good technical management in manufacturing -Good computer skill in compiling reports -Good written and spoken English (Japanese is priority) -Strong for Leadership
