Jobs Description

Job Purpose - Lead the team to achieve the standards of APLL and customers' requirements - Improve Customer Services - Ensure all accounts allocated efficiently within the team - Provide solutions to customer problems. Roles & Responsibilities - Set up controlling process check to ensure team provide info to account accurate and on time. - Ensure all processes are running smoothly such as booking, authorization to ship, B/L preparation, FCR preparation, documentation. - Ensure that all communication flows smoothly within the team, warehouse, carrier, customer.ect. - Set up frequently meeting to update info, share knowledge /experience, problem solving, reminder the process, etc. - Continuously improve the existing process in order to meet and exceed customer need. - Review LP, UI make sure team are followed instructions. - Work closely with CSM to achieve the company's objectives - Monitor the integrity of data inputs in system, set up system profile, automate cut down workload. - Ensure team check invoice for both local and oversea and make sure billing is correct. - Ensure team submit SA, edi to customer on time and accurate. - Work closely with carrier to create EDI productivity. - Review staff performance. Qualification - Strong communication skills & customer service oriented - Fluent in spoken and written English plus ability to converse in Mandarin - Good PC workstation skills & well versed in APL/APLL system - Able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks - Meticulous in completing tasks and excellent dependability record - Clear voice, good telephone manner and a strong sense in serving customers - Maintains a professional and amiable management style to positively influence others - Assertively addresses customer and employee concerns

Jobs Requirement

- Minimum 3 years working experience in the shipping industry - Solid experience and background of product knowledge (shipping, booking procedures, tariffs, documentation, logistics, etc.) - Experience in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships in order to meet customer requirements - Proven experience in operation function and team building - Team sending report to customer on time and accurate. - Team sending document to Customer /Customs Broker on time and accurate. - Team provide solutions to Customer.
