 Develop the Management Systems / GFSI strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan.  Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.  Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.  Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met. Liaise with external bodies on all matters relating to registration. Maintain and improve, in line with business needs.  Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.  Manage external audit process, preparing internal subject matter experts for audits, and ensure that non-conformances and audit follow-up are addressed in a timely manner.  Support and coordinate Management Review data collection, management review meeting coordination, and post meeting documentation.

 Bachelor Degree In Food Science & Technology, Nutrition or any other related field  At least 1-2 years of relevant experience & knowledgeable in R&D function, Regulatory Affairs of food industry  Self-motivated, able to work independently & in a team  Good analytical skills  Laboratory testing skills  Good understanding of food processes and ingredient usage & application  Proficiency in technical writing skill  Spoken & written English, Microsoft office
