• Support Mango Finance’s management team in the development of the company’s digital platform • Document the company’s digital business processes, and identify areas for improvement and optimization • Gather information and requirements from internal stakeholders to understand process flows and data / feature requirements • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback from internal stakeholders, using clear documentation • Liaise with Mango Finance’s IT and software vendor to make changes and/or updates to the digital platform as per the company’s needs

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent, • Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience, with a business proficiency in English • Strong understanding of process flows, digital apps, and websites (important) • Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Good communication skills and an excellent team player, with high self-motivation, and passionate about leveraging technology to benefit the unbanked in Cambodia
