- Support and execute the implementation and deployment of Operational Risk and Control Self-Assessment (“RCSA”) within the organization its employees, customers, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders - Identify and assess the Operational Risk Mitigation Programs for outsourcing management to ensure operational efficiency within the company - Support, execute and ensure Operational Risk Management Framework, Methodologies and Policies which, are in compliance with internal regulation and regulatory requirements. - Provide independent risk assessment on new business initiatives, reinsurance arrangement and new/revision to product proposal including any related sales materials, system readiness and development. - Ensure sustainable BCM culture within the organization that enable the institution to respond and continue to operate critical business functions across a broad spectrum of interruptions to the business, arising from internal or external events - Ensure consistency of Business Continuity Management (BCM) policies, methodologies and process within the Company. - Manage the governance of Outsourcing Policy and Procedures for MAHB - Create and promote a risk aware culture - Other tasks assign by direct supervisor

- Bachelor Degree or professional qualification in Insurance, Actuarial, Finance, Statistics or other relevant field - A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Risk Management, Actuarial, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Finance - Possess ability in problem solving, negotiation skills. - Initiative, flexible and good interpersonal skills - Attentions to detail and accuracy. - Excellence written and spoken English skills
