• Identifying market space for initiating the Products and Services; • Reviewing the performance of products and services; • Obtain and update competitors’ information regularly; • Research and develop existing and new products to meet the needs of the market; • Follow up operational staff to ensure their implementation and documentations usage is in line; • Assisting the Product Development Unit to design the product's features • Assisting the Product Development Unit to prepare the plan; • Monitor existing and returned client’s conditions to simplify the current manuals and guidelines; • Forecast the growth trend of the market and its risks, and

• Bachelor degree in banking or finance field, MBA is a Plus • Minimum 2 years work experience in the MFI/banking sector • Experience in MFI/banking products development • Experience of writing procedures, manuals and reports (optional) • Good command in spoken and written English • Be able to travel to the provinces • Computer operating skills
