1. Handles BAU support 2. SME for Applications and ad hoc Project support 3. Lead and maintain Service Level reporting for IT Management Review monthly 4. Performs problem solving and assistance on various AIA applications. 5. Provide individual instruction and/or training to users on new or updated technologies. 6. Performs routine technical assistance and maintenance duties. 7. Maintains and updates record keeping system; may document projects and maintain user instructions. 8. Assists with tracking inventory levels of materials; performs data entry and maintenance of records such as, but not limited to, project documents, user instructions, general reports and/or systems errors. 9. Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves general system and conflicts. 10. Assists with the review, evaluation and recommendation of solutions relating to AIA Cambodia Applications 11. Assists with research and development initiatives and in the implementation of new technologies. 12. Assists with the implementation of AIA Cambodia technology projects with moderate scope and impact

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent 2. Professional qualification in IT application architect and design 3. At least 3 years of working experience in application Support 4. Knowledge experience in Life/Asia, AS400, COBOL, Control Language is an advantage 5. Knowledge experience in developing and implementing web-based applications using Java/.Net database and SQL/DB2 database technologies
