- supporting and ensuring sales of our technically advanced products and solutions (VSD, soft starters, PLC) and solutions (Automatic transfer switch, synchro panels, busway lines). In those cases, our sales team will require your support for technical discussion with their customer. - communicating properly with ATS factories to ensure proper design on AutoCAD of LV switchgears and other solutions, working in accordance with international standards (IEC) and safety measures related to electrical distribution ground rules. - Commission and test of our products and solutions, coordinating the operations with the technical team of our customers and ensuring that everything is fine before energizing. It will require working closely with ATS engineering and industrial departments to fully understand our solutions and perform top quality service to the customer. - Training customer technical teams to ensure that they properly use our products and solutions. - Provide onsite supporting for customers encountering technical issues - Contact ATS suppliers and partners to solve technical issues encountered with their products - Support the technical team for design on AutoCAD of LV switchgears panel for main projects. - creating and providing technical documents and presentations on customer requests. - communicating to the sales and marketing director the new projects coming in the company - Developing accurate and precise product designs complying with recognized standards and company standard solutions.

- Experience with site service is a plus - Be flexible and willing to work under pressure - Speak, write and comprehend well in the English language - Computer literacy Microsoft Office & Internet - Willing to learn and develop knowledge on electrical products and solutions from ATS - Ability to communicate with all departments of the company pragmatically - Possesses positive attitude and a fast learner - Be responsible and accountable for actions, behavior and operations - Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role - Outstanding organizational and time management skills - Discretion and confidentiality
