Jobs Description

- To issue invoice, internal sale, contract, and warranty claim - To prepare daily, weekly, monthly report - To prepare cash refund report - To prepare request under and over 100$ (purchasing material, parts for sold out, repair, maintenance,...) - To request and control on staff amenity and stationary - To follow up credit customer for time to settle payment and prepare summary bill every end of the month - To control on material stock (order and sold out) - To control on tool and equipment usage - To prepare trip allowance (travel report) - To prepare service coupon contract for customer - To prepare standby schedule and annual leave plan - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Jobs Requirement

- Undergraduate/University degree in General Management/other related fields - One year of professional experience is preferable - Good at English language (speaking, writing, and listening skills) - Good knowledge of communication - Good teamwork and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and commitment - Understanding of computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point )
