 Planning, prioritizing and purchasing of products/services for the entire organization.  Obtaining quotations from suppliers prior to purchase and continuously conduct price negotiations with suppliers/vendors to find best deal.  Follow-up, monitor and ensure timely and correct delivery of purchased items.  Prepared an advance request of buying food, vegetable, grocery for the Main Center and Vocational Training center.  Prepare a voucher for payment to a supplier with accounting team.  Coordinate and manage all purchasing activities assigned by Manager  Be responsible for the materials, inventory and assets of the administration.  Provide daily office administration support  Any other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

 University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related field  At least 2-3 years working experience in purchasing field,  Good common in English (Speak/Write)  Computer literate: Ms. Office, Email and Internet  Good at price negotiation and interpersonal still  Be honest and responsible toward the job  Ability to work with team & managerial skill.
