**Role and responsibility: -Design and adapt marketing and promotional materials within tight timeline -Assists Operations Manager and Operations Services Specialist with timely and useful feedback on repair and maintenance issues, remodels and facility management opportunities. -Assists the manager in identifying opportunities to improve store repair and maintenance cost. -Provides hands-on technical support in equipment maintenance and store facilities maintenance. -Communicates Starbucks standards with repair maintenance vendors and contractors. -Assists the manager to proactively communicate the repair and maintenance status with store partners. -Monitoring on the store’s repairs and maintenance service supplied by external vendors meeting Starbucks standards. -Establish and maintain supportive relationship with external repairing and maintenance vendors and contractors.

**Requirement: -3 years & above technical experience retail chain including equipment maintenance and facilities maintenance. -Hands-on experience with air- conditioning, plumbing, electrical appliances. -Diploma or above holder in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. -Acts with integrity, honesty -Able to working different shift -Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving -Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and work under the pressure. -Be able to structural with useful application Auto CAD and MS Office -Good English communication. **We offer you a career with Starbucks, a great working environment, a rewarding package, systematic training programs and employee benefits.
