- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team - Address with distributor, customer and sales team satisfaction issues promptly - Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team - Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their need - Direct all operational aspects of company’s products including distribution operations, customer service and sales. - Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth - Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

- Bachelor degree in Sales, Business Administration or equivalent - At least 3 years working experience in sales from FMCG industry - Good written and spoken English - Good computer skills such as Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point , Internet and Email - Good interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and personal presentation - Must be able to work independently and under pressure. - Valid car driving license
