1) Have connection or network in Architects and Interior designers. 2) Experience in construction material is vital like wall paper, tile, paint and other interior decoration. 3) Go outside and find new customers. 4) Survey and study competitor products and pricing. 5) Weekly and monthly Sales report with detail of sales activities. 6) Ability to carry out a business conversation with owners and decision makers. 7) Communicate with teamwork in order to find out a solution. 8) Preparing Quotations and Invoices as required by management assigned 9) Other tasks perform assigned by management

1) Bachelor degree of Interior design and Architects is plus. 2) At least 1-2 year experience with company construction materials in projects. 3) Be independent, professional, confidently. 4) Ability to interface with client, positive attitude, self-actualized, self-confident 5) Creative ability and able to work under pressure. 6) Good inter-personal and communication skills. 7) Good knowledge of Windows, Ms. Office, Words, Excel, Internet, and Email. 8) Able to understand both writing and speaking in English.
