Receptionist Job Description - Be friendly greeting and welcome. - Informing all accurate school information and study courses to the students and/or customers. - Registering new students. - Delivering information to guests on all services. - Communicating with parents. - Keeping and reporting students’ absence. - Forwarding guests to the right office. - Contacting students for a reason of their absence. - Making an appointment with guests. - Other tasks are assigned by manager. - Must be good at answering the phone and be flexible. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s of Accounting/ English - At least one year experience - Be punctual and good interpersonal skills - Be honest and creative - Age: 20-27 - Be able to use computer MS Word and Excel 2007, internet and email - Be good at communication skills and flexible - Female only -Be able to speak English Admin. Assistant -Deal with administrative documents -Be responsible, reliable, respectful and creative -Help the teacher set up suitable activities for the student’s learning abilities -Improve capacity building -Keep good relationship and communication with students and teachers -Willing to be trained professionally -Follow positively the core values and mission of HBS
