- Researching new products - Products innovation. - Calculate formula of new product for production. - Working in R&D Lab. - Development of products. - assist trial new product in production. - implementation GLP in Lab. - Update formula of products. - Eliminate 7 wastes in production. - Assist implementation GMP in production. - Do the CAP of product defect/ Product spoil. - Find the rout cause of product defect/ product spoil. - Update product specification. - Other task assigned by COO.

- Bachelor degree or associate degree in related field food science or chemical. - At least 2 years experience in similar position or R&D Lab. - Female/ Male. - Good Communication, Good interpersonal skill, be able to interact with people at all levels. - Can work under pressure. - Knowledge basic computer skill such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mail.etc.
