Basic Duty • Current and potential patient’s communication. • Patient documentation. • Making appointment. • Finding the right doctors for the right pertinent sickness. • Patient assistance on call. • Arrange travelling document. • Follow up after the treatment and future checkup appointment.

Jobs Requirement

Skill and Qualification • Good English. • Computer literacy. • Experience in customer service, administration or nurse work at least one year. • Customer Focus - The ability to identify and respond to current and future customer's needs. The ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers. • Communication - The ability to listen to others and communicate in an effective manner. The ability to communicate ideas, thoughts, and facts in writing.
