Roles and responsibilities: - Making reservation and orders every services as requested from Sales department. - Respond to all bookings requests by following reservation process (reservation/confrmation). - Update tour costing and ensure trips are running following the previsionnal budget and profitability. - Report to manager and ensure incoming reports from field staff. - Apply and manage Logistic and Analytic documents,ensure tour quality according to programs details. - Ensure all guides, tourleaders and customers receive up to date tour information / documents.

- Strong knowledge of Travel and Tour Operation. - Able to prioritize, manage time and work with deadlines. - Good skills in English writing, listening & reading. - Flexible and a positive attitude. - Problem solving - Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel). - High standards of customer service and good communication skills. - Being responsib le and proactive. - Outgoing personality, energetic and willing to work hard. - Willing to travel frequently around Cambodia and on tour with guests.
