- Responsible for online banking operation - Responsible fot checking and supervising the activities of cashiers to promote productivity in the company - Train the new cashiers on the job ,giving clear directions and guidelines on how to work effeciently and effectively - Cashier implementation and record - Confirmation of reconciliation at the time of transfer - Familiar with computer data processing ( e.g. microsoft word, excel and powerpoint) - Ability to manage 8-10 people in the team

- At least 1 year management experience - College graduation - Must have a strong management skills - Acquired basic mathematical skills - Strong communication and time management skills - Creativity in decision making and handling issues - Must be a team player to motivate cashiers to optimal performance
