** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Take full responsibility for the entire claims process, including coordinating with Customer Service and Finance teams for receipt and payout of the claims - Investigate validity of claim requests - Maintain all claims documentation - Prepare claims reports – weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc, as per need - Review and recommend changes to the claims process and any associated documents/forms - Drive a strong relationship with the local regulators, in particular, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) - Ensure BIMA’s compliance with local authorities relating to regulatory reporting and other affairs - Undertake other duties as required

- At least 2 years’ experience in claims - Excellent written and verbal communication in Khmer and English - Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Exhibit integrity, problem-solving and results-focused personality - Positive and professional attitude - Strong attention to detail
