 Manage all finance and accounting related of the company.  Providing financial statements, financial reports, monthly accounting reports to the authorities.  Works with internal, external auditor, regulatory agencies. Insurance company, Head Quarter and Government etc.  Implement, monitor and enforce all accounting and finance policy of the company.  Report to CEO & General Manager on the achievement and progress of the department.  Other tasks assigned by management.

 Minimum Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business related field.  7 years experience in accounting and finance field.  5 years experience in Cambodia.  Strong leadership skills.  Strong in strategic thinking and problem solving.  Strong in negotiation skills  Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.  CPA or other accounting certifications is a plus.  Experience with life insurance industry is a plus.  Proficient in verbal and written English and Khmer.
