- The conduct and analyze the market demand with research team which is aiming at developing the credit products and/or services to response to market demand. - Enhance or revise the existing credit products and/or services to response to the market change and to keep these products being competitive in the market. - Lead, follow up, and evaluate the credit product pilot test to ensure it works smoothly as well as satisfactorily. - Generate the credit product reports to monitor the market change in order to timely adapt to market context. - Lead, coach, and support subordinates to achieve KPI/target to meet the HKL strategic goals - Work with relevant departments or cross functional teams to facilitate product development project to ensure it goes well and smoothly which meet the project timeline. - Perform the tasks assigned by direct supervisor

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Finance and banking, Economics, or other related field. - At least 2 year experiences in product development field - Good understanding & knowledge of microfinance & banking products, especially credit products and/or services. - Be a good interpersonal communication, presentation skill, team work, result-oriented and good analytical skills as well as reporting skill. - Excellent skill in MS Office includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and other data analytical software. - Good command of English, it is plus.
