• To maintain, troubleshoot, operate and install of transmission equipment and ensure the recovery of system within defined SLA. • To work with vendors, contractors for escalating issue and accepting new node. To prepare and maintain needed spare parts for troubleshooting case. • To do preventive and maintenance of transmission equipment SDH, PDH as approved schedule. • To do trouble shooting and restoring of transmission equipment SDH, PDH as defined in SLA. • To operate and configure of transmission equipment SDH, PDH as assigned by Manager. • To configure and provide TDM/IP link for new node, Abis, Aters, and Gb expansion • Software upgrading, Commissioning and installation of transmission equipment • To work with vendors for escalation and follow-up: equipment repairing, trouble ticket and others issue related to the system. • To work with contractors and vendors for accepting new transmission nodes • To prepare, maintain spare parts always available for emergency case • On duty standby for emergency case follow monthly schedule • Daily monitor and clear alarm on network related to transmission issues. • Complete all other activities assigned by the manager as per management decision.

• Bachelor degree in Telecoms, IT or related degrees • Able to install, maintain and commissioning of transmission equipment SDH, PDH • Knowledge about Cisco products • Good communication among colleagues, and team building spirit. • Communicable English both read and write • Able to travel to provinces and work at night time. • Have driving license (able to drive car) • 2-5 years’ experience on operation, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of transmission equipment SDH/PDH. • Knowledge on Ericsson equipment OMS, Minilink, and Huawei equipment OSN, RTN • Knowledge on IP and protocol routing.
