• To build valuable use cases using the existing data sets and drive business decision making with the out puts • To provide analytics solutions / insights using available data from data warehouse • To be the mediation point between business users, analytics team & IT Infrastructure team for better deployment of end user reports with insights and with analytical outputs • Present complex ideas and their value proposition to non-technical audience as a coherent story with clear and easy to follow conclusions with understandable and executable business outputs • Work on all aspects of creating predictive intelligence including collecting requirements, establish analytics work plan, data exploration, build models and test prior to implementation into a business solution Key Accountabilities Develop analytical solutions to business problems by understanding business requirements, translating to technical specifications, analyzing and presenting insights gathered from available data Import, transform and model data with the purpose of drawing conclusions from data to help business make data-led decisions Design and document propriety ETL based on business use cases Act as a liaison with end users to design, develop, test and implement reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying data warehouse Responsible for the development of Marketing/Product/Customer-related uses cases to support in driving revenue and market share Drive company-wide adoption of BI tools and provide training to end users to familiarize them on using visualization tool to move towards automation and self-service insights Other relevant tasks assigned by head of IT infrastructure, CIO and CEO. A. Academic Qualification: • Minimum B. Sc in Computer Science B. Skills required: Creativity / Innovation Commitment Strategic Leadership Quality Awareness Team Work Business Understanding IT Project Management System Analysis /Design Business intelligence BI, CRM, Sales Management Ability to use R / Phyton for modeling and building learning models from the available data C. Working Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in the telecom service provider environment with exposure in Analytics. Must have experience of managing large scale telecom data with end to end GSM business value chain understanding. Should have capability to write complex SQL script to produce analytical report from high volume normalized Oracle database environment. Should have previous working experience in handling multiple database and development environment having sound knowledge on web technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skill.
