• To plan, design and develop Packet-Switched Core network • To plan, design and develop Data and Datacom Services as part of Mobile Core networks • To identify and make recommendations to ensure the availability of the Packet Core network through design, modification, and communication with vendors and implementer • To work closely with other departments (Network Planning and Rollout, Quality Assurance, Billing, IB, BI, RA, RAN Core, Field Operations, BO, etc.) in providing end‐to‐end Data Services to the all mobile subscribers • To guide & drive initiatives on ensuring Availability and Security of Data and Datacom Networks • To identify issues within the Packet Core and Datacom networks both proactively and re-actively • To manage and optimize the Quality of Service (QoS) of Packet Core and Datacom networks • To handle and resolve customer complaints timely • To work closely within and cross-functional teams in terms of reporting and troubleshooting • To perform other tasks as required by superiors.

• Familiar with signaling trace, analysis and troubleshooting, network architecture design, etc. • Able to manage multiple tasks • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Good computer skills such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc. • Proactive, dynamic, energetic, self-confident, loyal, attention to details • Able to work within and cross teams • Good in English both written and spoken • Have strong communication ability with customer and handle VIP care cases • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields; IT and/or Cisco certificates is a plus • Preferred 4+ years of experiences.
