• To support and formulate the BI/DW activities in order to continuously improve existing business performance reporting, customer profiling data initiatives to support company strategic objective. • To plan, review and monitor quality improvement of the BI/DW Implementation process as per the state-of-the-art Business Solutions like adopting total Enterprise Architecture rather than island solutions with a view of the Business Plan. • To ensure accurate support and enhancement of Financial MIS accounting. • To spearhead the overall management of BI/DW & Enterprise service. • To technically support and maintain the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and systems. • To consolidate the jobs going on in BI/DW for adopting Integrated Business Models/solutions with a view to synchronizing the IT services. • To develop and maintain in-house applications. • To plan to deploy Group Level initiatives for BI/DW and CLM analytics. • To monitor system log and database log.

• Studying or graduated with bachelor of Computer Science or related field. • Having 2 years of working experience in the telecom, IPS service provider environment with exposure in BI. • Experience in IT Project Management is a must. • Experience in system analysis/design/migration. • Should have capability to write complex SQL script to produce analytical report from high volume normalized Oracle database environment. Should have previous working. • experience in handling multiple database and development environment having sound knowledge on web technologies. • Excellent communication skills.
