Jobs Description

- Overall management of recruitment to meet business need - Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts. - Develop recruitment strategy to be conjunction with business plan either short or long term. - Keeping up-to-date with technologies and the latest Talent Acquisition strategies. - Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements. - Manage the recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers as well as salary negotiation by working with Com & Ben Section - Manage talent pipeline through creating the recruitment database to respond to business need - Develop and manage the Recruitment Tracking Tool to track the recruitment status of each roles - To ensure that job evaluations are in place to address and determine the job grading and salary range. Job evaluation must be done before recruitment happen. - Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and review all term and condition for company’s interests. - In charge of recruiting and selecting of senior management positions - Lead and ensure the recruitment and selection is in line with recruitment and selection policy/workflow/procedure - Provide training, coaching and general guidance to team and hiring managers on interviewing best practices, offer recommendations, negotiating/creating job offers, closing, and administrative functions involved in full cycle recruiting. - To ensure the candidate life cycle of interview are in place in term of document, record and follow the guideline - To ensure that all leavers are addressed with proper exit interview and identify the resignation reason for area improvement - Work with HoDs and HRBP to reinforce and training how to project manpower planning to balance between demand and supply - Other tasks assigned by line manager
