- Coordinate works with QS staff within the Commercial Department. - Price and forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the projects. - Undertake cost analysis of the projects and provide recommendations to Commercial Coordinator. - Assist Commercial Coordinator in preparing tender, contract documents and check Bills of Quantities (BoQ) of the projects. - Track changes to the design and/or construction works, and adjust budget projections accordingly. - Coordinate payments for works done and evaluate variation or progress claims. - Search construction material sources, identify credible and reliable suppliers and develop partnership with them. - Liaise and develop networks with reliable external consultants and subcontractors to engage their services when needed. - Liaise with construction personnels such as site managers, project managers, conduct site monitoring visits and prepare reports. - Provide assistance to site manager in the preparation of variation works and progress claims as required. - Check and evaluate all variation orders, contractual claims and settlement of final account. - Follow up and update material prices trend on market. - Do other duties as assigned by Commercial Coordinator and Commercial Director

- University degree in a relevant field such as Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related degree. Additional degree in accounting, an asset. - At least 3 years in quantity surveying work and supervision responsibilities. Knowledge of MEP, an advantage - Ability to communicate in English. - Ability to use MS Office, outlook, internet and other related applications. - Strong leadership, teamworking and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with contractors, suppliers and clients. - Be flexible, detailed, precise, serious and patient
