**Job Description: * Maintain highest standard of greeting guests as well as service * Knowledgeable of menu, food & beverage * Be able to recognize regular guests * Knowledge of resort pertinent information * Perform all side duties as assigned by management * Maintain good working relation with all team work * Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of workplace * Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of usage equipment * Maintain the standard setting of the restaurant * Report lost and found items and guest incident to manager * Pick up and serve food or beverage to guest * Collect all store equipment and to be punctual for work * check what did you do when you check out every day

**Job Requirement: * Bachelor degree in related field * Work experience in Hotel industry or related * Team management * Thorough knowledge of company products and services * Fluent English writing and speaking * Leadership skills with coaching and team building skills * Strong commitment and aggressive to achieve guest satisfaction objective * Computer proficiency MS office and Email * Able to stay back during busy periods. * Able to work under pressure * Must be flexible with working weekends, and holidays.
