-Repairing and maintaining all IT workstations and related accessories -Configuring IT equipment and peripherals (e.g., monitors, keyboards, AV & network equipment) -Installing required software applications, network, printers and scanner -Performing preventive maintenance on IT equipment and peripherals -Attending to employees’ technical concerns and providing appropriate solutions in coordination with the IT team -Documenting, logging, and analyzing tickets related to incidents and issues -Doing root cause analysis and comprehensive incident and problem management

-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related course, or equivalent experience -Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, email systems, network systems, storage systems, CCTV systems, report generation, documentation, and document management -Good verbal and written communication skills. Can speak English. Can communicate in Mandarin, Vietnamese and/or Cantonese is an advantage. -Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently -Ability to multi-task, adapt, and learn quickly -Integrity, excellence, professionalism, and teamwork Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
