ទីតាំងការងារ : ផ្ទះ ៨៦ មហាវិថី ព្រះនរោតម្ត សង្កាត់ទនេ្លបាសាក់ ខណ្ឌចំការមន រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ Main Duties: -Audit the internal process of accounting & finance documents, sales and purchase documents... to find out if any fraud happened and to identify any gaps in creating risk along with the process itself -Guide & follow up corporate tax processes -Filing Corporate Tax, withholding tax and indirect taxes including its adjustment, amendment & refund. -Understand the business process and map it to the tax provisions and advice the business accordingly. -Proactively evaluate the tax risks and initiate mitigation plans to avoid potential disputes. -Support the business with the adequate tax knowledge so as to implement the business decisions in the most tax efficient way -To plan and drive independently all the tax compliance applicable to all the legal entities in Cambodia. -Independently plan, drive the tax audit and close the same well before the due dates applicable under the tax legislation. -Attend the tax assessments/Audits and provide timely and accurate information to the tax authorities. -Prepare Purchase record/Sale record, withholding tax records for monthly tax return and submit to management for verification -Prepare necessary details for monthly tax, yearly tax on profit tax return -Coordinate with auditors/tax authorities for tax related queries

-Bachelor in Accounting required -PC skills required: extensive use of Microsoft Excel & Word and experience with tax software (PW, TMS). -Can use Quick books accounting software -2 years experiences with local taxation practices & internal audit -Knowledge of written and spoken English -Good in communication and problem solving skills -Strong commitment with positive attitude -Patient, honest, trustworthy and team work
