Restaurant OPERATION MANAGER $700 - $1200 (working hour: 3:30 PM – 12:30 PM) ** Responsibilities: - Circulate throughout all restaurants, bars and kitchen, maintaining a high profile with customers and staff. - To carry out or ensure that regular On-the-Job Training is taking place to agreed standards. - Ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas. - To ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards. - Ensure that profit margins are maintained. - Create the promotion based on special occasion / weekly/ daily special. - Controlling all the expenses, making report, and take responsibility
