Jobs Description

1.​ To manage recruitment work from start to end process(sourcing, adverting, screening, testing,Interviewing, selecting and job offering) 2. To manage employment contact(issue, review, update by contract deadline), issue memo 3. To coordinate continue professional development program for staff 4. Implement HR policies as reflected in the HR Manual; to ensure staff are kept up to date with all new​ HR policies 5. Plays a vital role to bring the code of conduct alive 6. Advises within his/her area of responsibility on training and development, performance appraisal and succession planning 7. Review current HR policies, listen to and understand staff feedback and suggest policy changes when needed. 8. Work closely with all department directors, facilitates and improves to ensure HR policies are fully understood 9. Comply with all AHC HR standards, policies and procedures. 10. Respond to HR policies inquires in a professional manner 11. Inform and advise the Human Resources Director of any HR issues that arise. 12. Represent AHC and attend HR Club meeting or other functions as required 13. Work independently on special HR projects if require

Jobs Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or higher degree in Business Administration preferably in Human Resources Management or Employee Relations. 2. 3-5 years working experiences in HR Department, HR policies. 3. Proficient in English and Khmer are necessary. 4. Strong verbal , written and interpersonal communication skills 5. Excellent Report writing, presentation and writing skill. 6. Ability to deal with information in a confidential manner and respond with sensitivity 7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team 8. Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion 9. Ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with sound judgment, tact and discretion 10. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
