- Provide timely and reliable management information and financial reports that is (i) profit and loss, (ii) balance sheet and (iii) cash flows and Information Management report for Chip Mong Land [Reporting] - Analyze the management information, investigate major variances, highlight key trends and ask questions as appropriate where additional information is required [Reporting] - Assist manager to establish timetable, develop data templates, business unit review/presentation packs, with plan, budgets and forecast for Chip Mong Land [Business Planning & Forecasting] - Act as the main contact point to work with other functional person to providing insight as to the cause of variances, adverse trends, etc., and actions to address [Performance Monitoring or Controlling] - Review monthly financial figures: (i) investigate any unusual figures, (ii) analyze accruals & prepayment, etc., (iii) monitor and control accounting for rebates & provisions, and (iv) liaise with Accounting Manager on controlling account reconciliation and any accounting issues in A/P, A/R, and Treasury [Performance Monitoring or Controlling] - Set up Financial Calendar and develop, collect, and prepare documents for Executive manager's presentation [Performance Monitoring or Controlling] - Provide information to the Business Unit/Requester on Profit Center, Cost Center, General Ledger Account, and Internal Order [SAP Perform] - Create Profit Center, Cost Centers, and Internal Order where necessary [SAP Perform] - Review transaction posting to make sure proper record with profit center, Cost center, Internal Order and period specific [SAP Perform] - Oversee monthly product costing variance analysis and investigate any major variances and trends all products/SKUs in Chip Mong Land [SAP Perform Product Costing] - Support and guideline non-finance function staff in understanding the end to end process and interface between finance and the business [Coaching & Development] -Perform other duties as assigned.

- Be a university graduate, majoring in Accounting or Finance, ideally Master in Business Administration - Be a Qualified/Partly Qualified Accountant - Have strong controlling and supervising skills - Have at least 3 years of experience in Accounting - Have experience as Financial Controller - Have experience in Management Accounting(Costing) with construction (ideally) - Have knowledge of accounting and/or finance - Have knowledge of business models and strategy - Have knowledge of SAP/ERP system - Demonstrate advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Have numerate, accurate and analytical skills - Show confident with strong presentation skills - Have ability to think creatively - Have ability to supervise team as well - Be self-motivated/driven - Demonstrate ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members within finance and in cross-functional project roles.
