- 5 years corporate finance experience, with budgeting experience - 5 years Senior leadership experience in organization - 3-5 years Finance Manager/Director-preferred - Strong analytical and communication skills - Excellent communicate in English (speaking & writing) - Flexible and able to work under pressure - Ability to lead the team - Good time management and ability to meet deadlines - Independent, self-motivated and team player - Rigorous, detail-oriented and precise - Structured & organized - Autonomous & accountable - Ready to travel abroad (1 to 3 trips/year)
