- Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of the monthly and annual budget and analysis the Budget vs Actual. - Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual tax return. - Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of Monthly NBC report. - In conjunction with the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly management reports for all meetings. FINANCIAL - Identify and enact cost efficiencies and process improvement opportunities throughout the Company. - Oversee the preparation of expenditures and revenues of the branches and Head office. - Oversee the debt collection process, including liaison with branches staff. Prepare monthly reports for Management. - Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of Annual Budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monitoring of performance.

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, pursuing ACCA is preferred. - Highly responsible and dependable to complete work with accuracy and within the deadline. - Good command of English is preferred. - Good computer skills (good knowledge in MS Office, especially Word and Excel and Accounting Program) Good problem solving, planning & interpersonal skill, excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skill, active, initiative, self-motivated & aggressive, calmly, assertive, sociable, good listener. - Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email). - Good knowledge of Cambodia Taxation. - Good in organization skills, management skills, interpersonal skills and good team player - Honest and reliable person. - Able to travel to provinces.
