- Administrative and technical support to Legal & Compliance Department; - Liaise with government officers of various ministries and law firm partners; - Undertake legal research tasks; - Review documents, contracts, and forms used to endure they are legally correct and binding; - Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate all legal updates to minimize risks for various departments; - Assist in debt collection and litigation procedure with courts; - Assist with soft and hard copy filing ensuring filing is done accurately and neatly; - Report to Legal & Compliance Manager and higher level; - Undertake general administrative duties as required; and - Perform any other related duties as required.

- At least bachelor degree majoring in law - Good understanding of Cambodian Law - Good command of English: speaking, writing, and listening - Computer knowledge: Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet - Be honest, teamwork and good communication skill - Good command of negotiation - Accuracy and attention to detail - Report writing skills
