- Oversee the full time and part time placement of Sale Promoters and Sales Supervisors and ensures synergy in deployment schedule - Create Strategic development plan with Client - Control, monitor & review team performance - Ensure daily sale report accurately consolidated and timely report - Provide on-going training and coaching to project supervisors and ensure supervisors are delivering their role and responsibilities - Conduct field visit to ensure smooth field operations and management - In charge of all issues arise on a daily basis - Perform other tasks as required

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing / Business Administration - At least 3 years of experience in managing field works - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Good leadership and management skills - Good Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Result-oriented and ability to work independently - Be able to travel to provinces - Ability to work well under pressure
