- Update the progress of each project contract and produce the project report to the Project Manager - Participate in the development of project contract - Participate in the quality check of the specification required by customers - Ensure that project document are safely stored and easily retrievable - Coordinate with the related team to update the stakeholders' requirements or requests - Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

- Hold bachelor's degree in Business Admin/related field - Have at least 2 years of experience in the construction projects, project management or a related area - Have knowledge in project design and project management - Have knowledge in quality management - Having technical background will be a plus - Have computer proficiency in MS Office - Have ability to read the drawing sketches of the construction - Have strong presentation, written communications and report-writing skills in English and Khmer - Have strong interpersonal skills - Have strong analytical and logical thinking skill - Have ability to think creatively and innovatively - Have ability to learn/adapt new concepts/technologies - Have good planning and time management - Have good negotiation skill - Have good control of project documents and filing system - Have ability to work under pressure - Be flexible to travel within the country and/or abroad.
