- Coordinate all administrative affairs in the Project Department - Participate to the design and planning of new projects - Coordinate with other related departments to ensure the timely execution - Participate in financial projection and analysis - Participate in the procurement management - Minimize the hazards during operations by using preventive action initiatives - Perform regular project site visits (scheduled & unscheduled) - Update the progress of each project and produces the project status report - Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

- Hold bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Project Management or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. - Have at least 3 years of experience in the project cycle management and/or civil construction projects or related area - Have knowledge in research and development - Have knowledge in project design and project cycle management - Have knowledge in environment, health and safety control - Have knowledge in quality management - Have computer proficiency in MS Office and Project Management - Demonstrate ability to read in drawing sketches of the construction - Have strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skill in English and Khmer - Have strong interpersonal skill - Have strong analytical and logical thinking skills - Have ability to think creatively and innovatively - Have ability to learn/adapt new concepts/technologies - Have good planning and time management skills - Have ability to work under pressure - Possess a valid driver's license - Be flexible to travel within the country and/or abroad.
