- Do overall management of the project site - Keep project on schedule - Provide overall technical support - Select appropriate construction methods and strategies - Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite - Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies - Select, hire, and instruct laborers and subcontractors - Make safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety - Check and prepare site reports - Maintain quality control procedures - Oversee operations of the whole site on a day-to-day basis and that a project comes in on time and in budget. - Take on staff and prepare the site - Maintain staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results - Randomly check the quality of materials, e.g sand, brick, gravel and cement.

- Hold bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. - Must have 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience - Have 3-5 years of experience in construction site management - Be competent at using AutoCAD, Sketchup - Have strong experience in the coordination of electrical, mechanical and special systems (desirable). Should have experience in formal commissioning, m specifically, in related to the mechanical and/or electrical systems (e.g. HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Low Voltage, Fire Sprinkler) - Have strong ability to read drawings and specifications - Demonstrate proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite - Demonstrate familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders - Have knowledge of structural calculation note for building - Have good communication and inter-personal skills - Have good problems-solving skill - Have ability to cope with pressures and changes - Possess strong knowledge of construction - Have good command of spoken and written English.
